The HID FARGO HDP5000e adapts to your ID card needs today and tomorrow with its modular design. Instantly scale production with options like dual-sided printing, encoding, lamination*, and a dual-input card hopper for managing multiple card types and higher volumes. Field-upgradable encoders enable inline printing and encoding in one step.

Using a refined process, the HDP5000e delivers vibrant, edge-to-edge images by printing a reverse image onto HDP Film, fused to the card surface. It prints up to 150 cards per hour (YMC with transfer), ensuring both speed and quality.

For enhanced security, the tamper-evident HDP film layer protects against counterfeiting—attempts to peel layers will destroy the image. This layer also shields cards from everyday wear and tear, ensuring long-lasting durability.

With a variety of printing, encoding, and lamination configurations, it offers flexible options to meet specific requirements while remaining cost-effective. The system supports upgradable encoding options, enabling you to print and encode cards in a single pass for maximum efficiency. For enhanced security, an optional overlaminate layer provides tamper-proof protection, making cards highly resistant to forgery and ensuring long-lasting durability.
